We are offering FREE workouts, all Spring & Summer, to help YOU ALL with your health & fitness goals! Our next location will be at ONE of the FIVE new Fitness Courts that the OKC Parks & Recreation helped bring to OKC. Come join us for a great workout mixed with interval training on the court AND boxing-style training with Stephanie Tolson of Roughhouse Boxing & Fitness! Any one will be able to participate: male/female, any fitness level, any age (waivers must be signed for minors by a legal guardian).

⏩ The Fitness Court is located at the park located DIRECTLY behind Douglass High School football stadium.
